Everyday objects

I'm now working on the Sketchbook Challenge.  The theme for August is "Everyday objects".  I've started with something that has very much become an everyday object for me - my paintbox!

And a little realism in the form of a homegrown pear......

Gorgeous!! Thanks for sharing!! I'm more of a scrapbooker/crafter myself, but I recently got interested in art journaling which is leading me to paint/draw more often. Thanks for the link, I will go check out the challenges!!

Wow, these are amazing! I so wish I could paint, when I try it looks more like a toddler painted it. Yours are breath taking though! Thanks so much for sharing it with us at our link up party! Hope to see you again in the future :)
